Gymtrix Parties
Our parties are held on Sundays, and are 1 hour in the gym lead by an instructor, and 1 hour upstairs in the party area. In the party area, you would provide any food or drink you would like to serve, as well as any items you may need to serve it with.

GENERAL RULES
- We do ask that you arrive no earlier then 10 minutes before your party start time, and that you exit promptly when your party is finished as we may have parties either before or after, and you have the hour they are playing in the gym to decorate.
- We encourage all participants to bring their water bottles with them.
- When reserving, you will be asked to estimate the total number of participants that you expect to enter the gated gym area. (Including any adults who enter with the intent to participate.)
- Children 4 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. The main task of the accompanying adult(s) is to keep the child with the group and following the coach's lead. These adults do not count in your numbers when your party fee is calculated.
- For safety reasons, all participants must always remain under the supervision of the certified coach at all times while in the gym. Your listed participants only are allowed to enter the gated gym area.
- We will call a day or two before your party to confirm final details.
Once you have reserved your party, you can pick up your birthday party package at Gymtrix which includes:
- INVITATIONS - include helpful instructions for your guests such as DRESS CODE - 'what to wear'
- FREE GYMTRIX LESSON or DROP-IN VOUCHERS - for your guests (on invitation)
- PARTICIPANT LIST - to be completed 'on site' during the party and submitted to the Party Supervisor

PAYMENT
Payment is due on the day of your party. We accept cash, debit, & all major credit cards. To secure your reserved party time, a NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE $30 booking deposit is required. NO personal checks.
FAQ
Yes, you must provide Gymtrix with the names of all those who will be entering the (gated) gym area. It is also important that you have the phone numbers for all your guests in case of an emergency.
This list must be submitted to Gymtrix on site.
Yes, no hats, strings, hoods, belts, jewelry are permitted in the gated gym area and all hair must be tied back. Comfortable clothing (no baggy, loose clothing or jeans) and bare feet is recommended.
No, everyone inside the gated gym area, must always be under the supervision of the designated coach. Participants must remain with the group, listen to instructions, and follow the coaches lead. If you have a particular request (ie: more trampoline time), please let the Supervisor know.
Viewing is not permitted inside the gated gym area. Only those persons who are declared on your submitted Participant List may enter the gated gym area. All other persons must watch from the viewing area.
If you have any toddlers attending your party who are 4 years old or under, we request that an adult accompany the child and assist by keeping the child with their group. These adults must be declared on the Participant List but will not be counted in the final numbers.
The insurance policy of Gymnastics Ontario states that everyone who enters the gated gym must be supervised. If you would like to take pictures, please ask the Supervisor and they will be happy to accompany you into the gym for a few pictures.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before you party time as there may be another activity in the area and we require time to prepare for your arrival. You will have an hour to set up for your party while your guests are in the gym.
Your party area will have large tables (and chairs) with a tablecloth. You may serve food and drinks of your choice (pizza and cake are most popular). Please bring all materials/utensils to serve your food. We do ask that food/drinks are nut free.
Once the gym time is over, you or your any member of your group, may not go back into the gym for any reason. We ask that you keep you party participants upstairs with you in your party area provided for your group.
