Classes are running as usual
Family Drop in (all ages)
Sept-June Wednesday 10:15-11:15am
Sept-June Sunday 9-10 and 10:15-11:15am
Two forms must be completed and signed before entering the gym. If participant is under 18 years, forms must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If not, participant will not be able to enter the gated area.
Children 7 yrs and younger, must be accompanied and supervised by an adult |
1st Visit $7 - All participants using equipment - children and adults - (50% discount) |
2nd Visit $45 - All participants (as above) - Gymnastics Ontario (annual July-June) Fee |
3rd & Additional Visits $13 each participant |
Adult who supervises child(ren) but does not use any equipment - Free |
Additional adults who enter gated area but do not use any equipment - $5 |
If however, accompanying adult(s) use any equipment, then the Regular participant fees will apply. |
SPECTATORS who view from upstairs viewing area - Free |
RULES OF ALL DROP INS
· If your hair goes past your shoulders or obstructs your vision, it MUST be tied back. No exceptions. (we do have hair elastics if you need one, we also don’t want them back)
· NO shoes in the gym, socks are ok bare feet are the (safest) best!
· NO FOOD, DRINKS OR GUM IN THE GYM! Water in a water bottle is ok.
· NO “FLIPS” Unless all progressions are complete. Instructor must give the "OK"
· NO hoods, hats, dangling strings, NO jewelry (stud earrings are ok), NO belts or zippers.
· One person on a trampoline at a time.
· No jumping/running from trampoline to trampoline.
· Walk to get on and off the trampolines. (Stop bounce first)
· All jumps on the trampoline must remain in the middle on the “X” (stay in the box)
· No jumping from the trampoline into the pit.
· No Belly flopping or diving into the pit
· Please take turns, if you see somebody waiting, make sure to let everyone have a turn.
· One way down the tumble track. (Arrows on wall for direction)
· One person on the tumble track at a time.
· If you climb up the Rockwall, you must climb down. (NO jumping down!)
· If you climb up the Rope, you must climb down. (NO sliding down!)
· No jumping from the low bar to the high bar.
· One person at a bar at a time. (wait off to the side of the red mats for your turn)
· 2 hands on the bars always. (no hanging from your knees)
· Please be vigilant of your surroundings and watch for other people.
· One way on the Vault strip. (by the rock wall)
· Do NOT kick balls. Do not try to hit the balls to the ceiling or against the walls.
· All Balls and other equipment (beanbags, hula hoops) must stay on the big blue floor.
