Young ones learn how to take direction from a coach in a group setting without a parent, a perfect way to prepare him or her for school and other activities and sports. Please refrain from visiting the class in progress as this program is designed to develop independence.
PREREQUISITE: We do ask that they can perform a cartwheel, handstand and bridge before joining this program.
